The Long Game - PGA Catalunya (Camiral Golf)

There’s a moment when I finally shouldered my golf bag at Barcelona airport, felt the heat hit my face, and then I realised we’d made it.

Three years, four cancelled trips, two countries ghosted, and some of the world’s best golf missed - including Turnberry & The Ailsa, and Portrush! Now, at long last, we were here - eight lads who refused to give up, walking into the Camiral at PGA Catalunya. Three rounds, 3 nights, a five-star hotel, cold beers waiting, and nothing left to postpone.

It wasn’t triumphant. No big cheers or high fives. Just that quiet, satisfied exhale that only comes when something you’ve waited for forever finally falls into place.
